This group is for independent adults navigating aging, who want to develop a community of support and build friendships while crafting a personal Backup Plan for health and well-being decisions in their later years. The group is designed to help adults overcome hurdles to second half of life planning while supported by a group coach. Everyone can benefit from a Backup Plan; however, it is especially true for people who feel the term ‘solo’ applies to them.
